Major facilities There is a possibility of structural investigations of differenet materials with a wide range of order in division of Radiospectroscopy and Carbon Physics. We are able to make a structural measurements of both the crystalite and amorphouse phase. We have following apparatus:
- Scaning electron microscope "NOVASCAN 30". Magnification 150 000 x, resolution ~ 15nm. In the case of dielectric materials the deposition of the conduction layer is required.
- X-ray diffractometer D-5000 with copper valve. Both the diffraction patterns and the computetional analysis are gained.
- EPR spectrometer BRUKER B-ER-418S; the measurements in Q- and X-band.
- IR spectrometer SPECORD M80. Measurements range: 4000 - 200 cm-1. Measurement with a reference beam.
- Raman spectrometer U1000 Jobin Yvon.
- transmission electron microscope TESLA BS - 613.
