Guidelines for the preparation of
materials

General information
-
Symposium proceedings will be published as a special issue
of the Reports

-
Contributed papers should not be published or submitted for
publication elsewhere.
-
Page limit is 12 pages for invited talks and 8 pages for
other presentations.
-
Papers should preferably be prepared in TeX or LaTeX using
romp31.sty style

LaTeX style file romp31.sty
Using romp31.sty
style file will make your LaTeX output look like a paper in ROMP, hence
it will help you keep within the page limits, preview line breaks, etc.
Here are some more detailed instructions.
-
Download the style file romp31.sty
by clicking here: romp31.sty
.
-
Save it (named romp31.sty)
in the same directory where your paper LaTeX source file(s) is kept and
processed.
-
Your paper should be prepared in the standard LaTeX
"article" or
"report" style syntax.
romp31.sty
just alters the meaning of typical commands, like \maketitle,
\section, etc., so
there are no new things to learn. Please, study the short exemplary file
example.tex
.
-
romp31.sty
works fine with both LaTeX 2.09 and LaTeX2E. With LaTeX 2.09 you simply
begin your source file with
\documentstyle[romp31]{article}
...
while with LaTeX2E it should be
\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{romp31}
...
-
Do not change any formatting (lengths), numbering or referencing
definitions in the romp31
style.
-
The use of private macros should be reduced to a necessary
minimum; if you use any, please do not forget to include them in
the source of your paper. Do not use local macro packages which are not
standard, in particular do not use Scientific Word.
-
In case of any problems or questions do not hesitate to contact
us at romp@phys.uni.torun.pl
